Ordered online, 1 BMT 12 inch with extra meat. I received a mess, toppings were thrown on and we're not correct. The receipt... said Italian BMT, but there was only bacon and NO other meat. NOTHING! Bread was dry with no flavor. I immediately called thestore and of course no one would answer. I drove to the store and was greeted with an attitude and was told to wait until thecustomers were taken care of. I guess I'm not a customer after I paid for something that was WRONG. It's Ok, I'll never go toSubway again. This company has gone downhill quickly. They should focus on customer service instead of high dollar adds withsports celebrities trying to sell their inferior product. Not sure whether to laugh or cry, ordered 2 sandwiches Sept 12 2022 5pm. The kid handing us the sandwich could barley stand let... alone speak and was rather intoxicated. Whatever no big deal... well... One sandwich came out PERFECT! The other... well forstarters it wasn't even wrapped in paper... and was shoved raw dog style into what looked like a brown paper beer bag. Thecherry ontop, when I pulled it out... no joke had looked like someone had a WWE style smacked down ontop of it... did I stilleat it.... yes! Am I sitting on the toilet while writing this review? I am never one to give awful reviews because I know what it does to a business' reputation. However it is necessary. I have come... in several times since January. One time, a lady added her OWN TIP onto my card without my consent and I saw it on the receiptand she said it would be a hassle to remove it. I have waited over 30 minutes to simply ORDER sometimes. Some of the staff isvery rude and makes you feel extremely unwelcome. I wanted to give them more chances but each time I am disappointed. Read more
Slow sandwich makers and quite possibly the smallest signature steak and cheese wrap
Me and my grandmother have gone to this location for years. The past 2 times we've gone this year...the staff was unfriendly and... my grandmother's meatball sub was stone cold. The meatballs are supposed to be hot at all times whether the customer asks for atoasted sandwich or not. It is unacceptable. This is a health code violation when it comes to meats that are not lunch meats. Read more
For some reason, each time I?m here the young man working seems upset to have customers. Not friendly at all and acted like he... didn?t want to be there. I get it if it?s just one day but it?s been multiple times coming here. The young lady is really niceand has a great attitude, but the guy does not. He didn?t even say a word, just took my money and handed me my food. I get theydon?t get tipped so maybe that?s why, but should still at least be friendly to customers. Read more
HORRIFIC doesn?t begin to describe the experience here. It?s like they want to punish you for showing up and making them do... their jobs. I curse myself for liking spicy italians, but I can no longer abide this disgrace to the already low standards Ihave for subway. You can be the only person in line and ordering one sandwich, don?t expect to get your sandwich in less than 15minutes. If you want it toasted, you have to mention it a minimum of 3 times, or they?ll intentionally ignore you so that theydon?t have to wait an extra 30 seconds. If you want toppings, stick with your top 3, anything more you risk becoming too complexfor the workers there and result in them creating an abomination. And just don?t even bother with sauce, it?s like they?regleefully waiting for you to order them so that they can lather your sandwich in sauce, just in case it was still remotelyedible before that point.
