Went there on a Saturday... Not busy at all. Not some but ALL tables were dirty, our silverware was dirty, the floors had trash... all over....service was ultra slow and the staff seemed uninterested at best. I can normally look past most things but thisplace was over the top gross. I can only hope the owner looks into it promptly. Read more

In the past, the only place that I would order a chicken salad sandwich was Panera. Today I ordered the Napa Valley Chicken... Sandwich from the drive-thru and when I got ready to eat it, I was very disappointed. The sandwich bread was much smaller thanwhat I have had in the past, the amount of chicken salad that was on it was minimal and the lettuce was iceberg instead oftheir usual romaine. Donna Read more
Lately the orders have been either wrong or just bad. Scrambled egg is NOT over easy. Today its egg white with no yoke at all... and out of brioche at 8:20am. There is only so many free you pick twos and replacements you can do before it only makes senseto just stop ordering at almost $6 a sandwich. I stood at the front counter today for over 90 seconds before anyone came outwhole a guy with a green pony tail worked on the schedule looked over but didn't alert staff there was a customer. Just going to leave this here. That's unacceptable. And im glad no one in my family ate the dead fly in our salad. Bread bowls... weren't bad though. I can excuse a hair sometimes or whatever. And im not asking for anything for free they just need to tightenup the ship. It makes me wonder how long that salad was sitting out is all. Read more
This location has issues. They will be fine for awhile and then out of nowhere you get an inexcusable mess that they expect you... to eat. I ordered a Toasted Tuscan Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Below is a picture of their website version along with what Ireceived. In addition to this pathetic sandwich, I reached into the bag and pulled out the bowl which was covered in avocadomess. In 5 years the Fenton location can never get an order right and pre order always takes over half an hour or it gets missed... completely. I hate to leave a bad review but something gets messed up every time. I love Panera and the Howell location usuallydoes a good job Read more
