Placed order for 4 pizzas at 1:30pm to be picked up at 4:45pm to serve at bingo at 5:00pm. I went to pick up order and was told... by the counter girl "No such order was placed" . I gave her the name of the person who took the order and was told no one bythat name worked there and I must have called the wrong Store. The number my Wife called and the time it was placed is still onher phone's call history and it is absolutely the correct number for the Fenton store. THE STORE IS FINE AND THE PIZZA ISGREAT, BUT I DIDN'T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO ABOUT WHO WORKS THERE AND BEING TOLD WE CALLED THE WRONG STORE. When I ordered a extra extra pepperoni and cheese regular crust that's what I would get. Today Oct 15 I ordered the same thing.... I got a 3 inch wide crust with a little bit of pepperoni and cheese in the middle of the pizza. If this is your way of cuttingback and charging $1.41 extra now. You lost a customer. I'm tired of the price gouging paying more and getting less. That goesfor any store in Fenton. Buy less and only what you absolutely need that's the only way to stop this. I used the online app. I had a big order. When I arrived the teenage staff were messing around, playing games with each other.... My order wasn't in the customer pick up box. I asked the girl where it was at. She had to scramble to find it. It was scatteredin one of the warmers. She placed everything together. When I got home and looked in the bag I realized the 3 orders of Browniesweren't in there. I called them and asked them to give me a refund. She said she couldn't that she could only credit them. Itold her I couldn't come back. She refused to give me the store managers number to call. Her and the teenage staff were laughingin the background and complaining about my call. They literally never have Hot N Readys after like 8. Last 3 times I?ve been here they have not have ?Hot N Ready Pizza?. Not... very Hot N Ready huh? Place is ran by some manager named Alyssa she is very unprofessional and rude. I ordered a pizza for my family for pickup and... was waiting for my order. I get to little ceasers and for some reason they don?t have my order. I then go home and call them tosee what?s going on. Alyssa answered and said they would replace both pizzas no charge. Then I drove back up to find out I haveto pay she backtracked and lied about the no charge wouldn?t go back. Read more

Sitting and waiting...for the hundredth time! This location NEVER has anything "Hot and Ready", even during their advertised 4-8... time frame. If you're thinking of grabbing something quick on your way home for your family, don't stop here, you'll be waiting20 minutes minimum for a pizza. Read more
Don't! That's all I can say the customer service is horrible. I called at 4 pm for an order to be picked up at 5:15. It's... Halloween and of course they insist I'm lying even though I have the phone record to prove I called they told me to deal with itand wait as a walk in. Beyond rude girls at the counter that then made comments that can't be posted to me as I left. Long timecustomer but I will never step foot in any of this companies stores again. Would much rather pay higher prices at competitorsthan to have teenagers talk to me like that again. Read more
