I have never seen a dirtier fast food place in my life. As I waited 12 minutes for my 3 drinks as the staff only tended to the... drive thru I watched how dirty the kitchen, prep counters and floor was. If I had food ordered I would have cancelled. There wasover 20 flies all around the kitchen. Health inspector needs to come check this out. Read more
1?? Is WAY too generous. I would do no stars if I could. READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GOING HERE: We were on our way to the cottage... and needed to grab a quick dinner. Went in, to order food to go. It is very dirty in there. Tables are in disarray, all garbageswere full, bathrooms are disgusting, flies EVERYWHERE. The food is definitely not being marked and thrown out at its propertimes.. I ordered a sandwich meal. The very unprofessional children got my entire order wrong and then, when I was eating it inthe car, the cream cheese tasted old and the bread was completely doughy and undercooked. The doughnuts tasted old and hard.(Ended up throwing half of the whole meals out and, of course, STILL ate just enough to get food poisoning?) Unless you for somereason enjoy food poisoning, avoid this location! Corporate should come in and recalibrate the entire horrible operation.. Read more
Hearing aids a must, 2 days in a row I have received 2 milk in my coffee after clearly stating 1 milk. End of the days it's just... business & I can accept it. Management shouldn't. They went as far as taking my coffee back, changing the lid and giving me backthe same coffee. Great trick, sure they felt smart. End result, opposite. Read more
Some places need to be able to perform well under pressure to be able to stay as busy as this place. Unfortunately with a name... like Tim Hortons it is able to slither buy on reputation alone. I have nothing good to say about this Tim Hortons other then afew good people who can't even carry this place. The wait for food is beyond acceptable, coffee is notorious for being burnt orjust plain made wrong doesn't matter if you are in the mid day rush or only person in line. Read more
Over the course of time I have complained about these people not filling coffees up, you pay for an extra large but you get a... large here's the proof. The manager has made many excuses for the staff but these ones were made by manager. I don't have thisproblem and Bobcaygeon or other Tim Hortons. Read more

literally the slowest and dumbest workers ever. 20 minutes in drive thru MINIMUM and rude grumpy old ladies, specifically Susan,... are disgustingly rude and make you seem like an inconvenience. i see more people walk out of here for awful wait times thenanything else. worst. tim?s. Read more
