La Casa de las Pupusas 2 Hidden Gem ? Delicious Authentic Mexican/South American Food Date of Visit 7-18-2022 A last-minute... decision to try a new restaurant resulted in a culinary delight for me and my two sons! Being novices to truly authenticMexican/South American cuisine every dish was something new, except for the asada tacos. The Pupusa Frijol Con Queso withcabbage salad and a medium salsa rojo were savory corn to tortillas stuffed with mozzarella cheese and mixed beans. A littlecabbage salad and salsa on top made the perfect bite of goodness. The Tacos Onduranos were delicious chicken tacos rolled up andfried with a cabbage salad on top. A savory crunchy and tasty dish! The star of the meal was the Desayuno Tipico. Warm Corntortillas that you fill with, refried beans, eggs over medium, asada steak, plantains, fresh cheese, and pickled vegetables. This seemingly crazy combination resulted a delightful new taste experience! Total bill for 3 was $51.58 with tax, plus tip Read more

Ok so my first few experiences were good! But my last two were highly disappointing. I wonder if once you start to frequent... there quality goes down BUT Saturday we got a whole bunch of food and pupusas de queso all I ate were pupusas and got VERY SICK.Not sure if it was bad cheese or sauce but omg it was a horrible experience. Then Sunday my family was in the mood for tacos, sowe take a chance and order 20!!! Drive about 40mins from where we live pick up our food get him and they really mixed horriblyBURNT steak with a very few pieces of non burnt steak. Literally if I was closer I would have demanded my money back. I won't bereturning because that's just a horrible way to do business!!!! I'm disgusted that they would take advantage of a big order andinstead of appreciate my business they basically spit in my face with the charcoal put into those tortillas. Read more
