This location has really gone down hill in the last month or two. Between the lobby being closed for no apparent reason, and the... staff refusing to give you your mobile order unless you use the drive thru, (I walk, and they won?t serve you in the drive thruif you?re not in a car), mobile option is randomly offline also. I have been coming here for years, but I?ll be looking for anew location or going to Gravity Coffee. Read more

We came by this place real quick. We ordered a few drinks. My aunt likes her drink done a specific way and asked multiple times... kindly how for it to be made. The girl making it did what ever she felt like making it and when my aunt tried to ask her fix itshe starting giving an attitude as in I did it and I see no point in fixing it. It was really rude and uncalled for. If thedrink is not done properly it should be corrected without giving the attitude to the person who?s ordering it. Read more

Long drive through line, after I had mobile ordered. So I'm sure my drinks are just sitting on the counter, getting warm. I had... originally tried to go into the lobby to pick them up, because the A-frame sign outside their door lists their lobby hours as6:30am to 7pm. However, the lobby was locked, with no indication as to why. The barista behind the counter saw me and simplymade a steering motion with their hands. Super frustrating, and we've been sitting in line for over 10 minutes now. Update: wesat in line for THIRTY MINS and my drink was melted when I got it. The barista at the window said they were short staffed. Well,if you can't support the volume of business, you shouldn't be open. Read more

I was there this morning and had the worst experience at the store number 3385 drive thru. The Brista was very rude and... unprofessional from the beginning til the end and than she handed me two cups which were soak with chocolate and we?re sticky.And than she giggled. I will never go back to that location ever again even though it is convenient for me and close to home. Read more
