Round Table pizza prior to covid was my go to place for a all you can eat salad bar. I always went to the one in Burien but now... that I am closer to Federal Way, I ve come to this one in Federal Way. I really appreciate that this place is always clean,the ingredients are always fresh, the staff friendly, and the prices are reasonable. There is a wide selection on their menu. So I have recently had the opportunity to have this pizza and I'm a bit conflicted. The pizzas are a good size for their price,... they come swamped with toppings but....is it too much toppings? The only reason that too many pieces of pepperoni and mushroomsand onions and olives and peppers are a bad thing is because the crust doesn't cook as well as I would like. The bottom getscooked but the pizza stays doughy from the moisture in the toppings and you can taste it. I also don't think this pizza reheatswell in the oven but there are many ways to reheat pizza. I will order from here again because the pizzas are delicious but I'llprobably request either light toppings or a longer bake. Read more

If you enjoy under-cooked pizza, the police called on you, with terrible management and staff, come here! I ordered a pizza (RAW... IN THE MIDDLE) on 9/09/2022, carry out, got home, ate 1/2 of one slice, by the time I sat down to eat, they were closed. So,after a long day of my kid?s running fever?s, I brought the pizza back the next evening. Called prior, and spoke to a young ladywho stated I can come in, and show the pizza. Once I arrived, the manager was highly confrontational, proceeding to get into myface in front of other customer?s whom witnessed and gave me their phone #. I have eaten gluten free pizza, MANY time?s, butnever where it wasn?t fully cooked, which was a dinner wasted. This sick woman Colleen S, called the police on me for a?disturbance? Yesterday, I met the definition of a low class individual, who shouldn?t have any role in management let alone thefood industry. I will be filing a complaint to her higher up as well. This issue was a very minuscule occurrence where it couldbe easily resolved if she listened to what I was saying. Ultimately, I was given no refund nor a new pizza. But, thankfully Iwas called by cooperate (I filed the day I received the pizza) and will be given 10 free pizza?s for how I was treated by thissorry excuse of a woman and an investigation is now open. We called to have a pizza delivered to Milton, Wa and at first they said they couldn't deliver that far but it wasn't passed the... 3 mile area they normally deliver, we asked for the manager who was very nice and she said it wouldn't be a problem at all andshe knew our area. This manager handled it like a pro, quick to resolve the issue and had a great attitude. We will be back atthis location again!???? Read more

First time visitors. Excellent ???? customer service, from our cashier to our waitress. Very polite, attentive. Served with... smiles ????. The pizza! DELICIOUS!!! It was kinda chilly in there and they don't have a salad bar. Apparently, homeless people would go there enough to where they... shut it down. That was disappointing but I understand. Otherwise it's Roundtable pizza...which is the best! Read more
