Okay so I ordered at 537pm and was given a wait time of 70-80min so a 645ish delivery. I was fine with it. So I get a... notification that my order was going to be delivered via doordash. Great! My doordash driver arrives at pizza hut at 635pm. Nopizza yet. 720pm I give the place a call 20 min wait no one picks up. Now after 3 tries to get someone on the phone for an orderover 1hr past the initial delivery time...still no pizza. Completely upset because I know I can't get a refund to be able to getfood for my family and this is ridiculous. Read more
I have had more trouble with this Pizza Hut! It took a while to get refunded for my last couple of issues, and in addition they... gave me a $40 credit to my account. I?ve been trying to use that $40 credit for 3 weeks! The first incident, I placed my orderand they had DoorDash deliver it. doordash wanted me to pay the full amount cash on delivery. I said no, I have a credit on myaccount. So I had her just take it back to the store. When I called of the store, they told me no, I should?ve only paid thedifference. And I was like that?s not what she told me to do. So I just had her take it back. Pizza Hut said OK, and that theywould put the credit back in my account. I called last week to see if they did, and they hadn?t. But the one lady was reallynice and said that she would just put it back on there for me. So the last few days I?ve just been trying to use it, but theykeep directing me to a call center. It?s impossible to get a hold of the store. And apparently I can?t use my credit through thecall center. They have to connect to the store. ?. Which they can?t do for some reason. This is not a good location. Read more
Horrible customer service, the restaurant had 3 workers all in the back talking while I waited up front for 5 minutes for... someone to take my order. When I came back to pick it up same thing 10 minutes later. I had to go to the side and get theirattention. Meanwhile the owner/ manager an Asian woman never apologized just got my pizza put of the warmer and saild did u pay?Which I had. The kitchen was filthy, which could be seen as soon as u walk in and the ycharge extra if u want Parmesan with urpizza which at least one or two should be free. I won't be going back! Read more
I asked for Light sauce and got no sauce on my pizza m. I ordered a Alfredo chicken pasta and was delivered a marinara sauce... pasta. called the restaurant to order carry out and when i asked a simple question, if they had apple pay, i got put on hold for 10... minutes so i hung up to order online but it kept declining my card due to ?insufficient funds? which was not true, so i calledagain and someone else picked up and was nice and took my order. when i got there, i was outside the locked door knocking sothey could let me in since my food was done and 2 coworkers saw and ignored the fact that i was standing and knocking right infront of them. they were having a conversation with their coworkers so instead of waiting i left. i?ve never received servicelike this at any place and i hope in the future they make better choices on who they hire. I ordered pizza and the man on they other like is very polite. Very clear and repeated my order three time. He did great. As... I'm on the phone here , I was talking to the lady , and she having me on hold for 40min now. I recommend better service fromthe lady. If not she needs to find another job that fits her. Read more
I ordered my pizza online and I guess they burnt some pizza and had to remake which is fine - but the short red haired girl was... going around screaming at her coo workers then had the nerve to not wear gloves while remaking pizzas? very nasty very ghetto Idon?t know where she?s been how you wear a mask & no gloves??? My food wasn?t cooked thoroughly. Although my delivery was passed to a door dash person who got lost!! How gps works wonders I... don?t know. He showed up 1:15 mins later and the pizza was ice cold same for my wings this place just can?t seem to get itRIGHT. Wrong order and not I?m begging for a refund. Come on! Read more
