Place looks clean inside and food is delicious however we sat down and there were ants crawling on the walls. I let the girl... that worked there know and she didn?t apologize or anything we just moved to another table. And then there were two drugged uppeople sitting right outside the door so not the best view you have through the windows while eating. I had to ask for adifferent spoon because it looked dirty. Finally found an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in federal way. I love my Pho extra fatty. Despite the fact that they had a... sign up of short staff due to covid, the customer service is awesome. It looks like a small family run business and the foodtaste like what my mom would make at home. My new favorite spot. I didn?t get to try other items this time but definitely willcome back. Highest rated Pho house in the area on Google and I can see why. I?ve literally eaten 100s & 100s of bowls of pho in the last 35... years. This place was the best! The difference was in the broth. It tastes like meat and not some concentrate. The fresh summerrolls(goi cuon) we?re also superior. Too bad this place is in Washington state and not in Virginia where we live. This location is fairly new but I've been here three times now. I always get the chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls (truth be... told I ALWAYS get that at every pho place I go to). They're delicious, reasonably priced, and very friendly. The restaurant isclean and I just like the atmosphere. One day I hope to *finally* remember to take a photo of the food because it'sfantastic. Still social distancing and assume they will add a few more tables eventually. We got the fresh rolls for a starter (the... dipping sauce was very nice and strongly flavored). Then pho (steak and tendon) and a combo rice plate. They only had chilisauce and hoisin for the pho (I like to have fish sauce and black pepper, too), but the broth was okay and the meats were justright. The grilled pork chop was great but the salad was very plain and the fried egg was a little overdone. We splurged onThai iced tea and it was lovely. It was really busy, with all tables filled and plenty of people coming in to pick up or orderto go. We had a pleasant meal and enjoyed our visit. Small Pho shop thay I have been to twice now. Both times was a good experience. The food was really good: I had the BBQ chicken... sandwich. I did order wings, which were not the best, but only just "OK" but maybe that is my fault for ordering wings at avietnamese Pho shop. Staff was friendly and inviting. Bathrooms are clean.
