This WAS my favorite pho place in Federal Way. They have screwed up several of my orders at this point. And I just tonight... noticed that I got four small triangles of tofu for my large tofu pho. Came here for a late night meal and one of the few restaurants still open. Only one person running the front and I was impressed... at how smoothly things were going with just her. We ordered veggie pho, rare steak, and vegan vermicelli. Not really a big fanof the giant pieces of the steak but the broth was clean and refreshing. Read more

Today was our 1st time. After baptism class, we were wanting some Pho, this place was the closest. I'm very particular about my... Vietnamese cuisine, I knoooow good Pho. We each got a different dish so we could try a little bit of everything. We were soooimpressed! The presentation, the quality, and the flavor of each dish exceeded our expectations! The Pho broth was on point, itwas so perfect it didn't even need any hoison or sirracha. Their banh mi, WOW, good banh mi is hard to find these days, theirbread was the perfect ratio or crunch, softness & buttery goodness - I had to get 1 to go! Their bun thit nuong (pork vermicellibowl) once again, WOW, so fresh & flavorful- the nouc mam (fish sauce) was really good - almost as good as my Ma's. Shrimpspring rolls - perfect, they came out 1st, right on time, peanut sauce was good! Last but not least, the beef crispy chow mein- bomb.com, it tasted just as good as it looks! Has a very good selection to choose from including some dishes that I've never seen before. Boy very good broth. Prices were on... par with everything else in the area. The Spring rolls where phenomenal. The portions were very good I left full. Read more
