Edit: I have to add I went in today to get a couple of pizzas because I am exhausted and just don't want to cook. I'm really... picky and don't like pizza but I found out recently that I really liked the barbecue chicken calzone at Papa John's. I asked thelady there if they could possibly make a barbecue chicken pizza on half of it and just leave the other half bare and I wouldmake myself my own calzone. I forgot to get her name but I believe it was probably the manager, she refused. She was on her wayout to take a break and ask me if I could just wait a minute and she would rather make the pizza for me, but also make it into acalzone. she said they used to have calzones there and she was happy to do it. She was back within a couple of minutes andcharged me regular price and made me a beautiful calzone that I cannot wait to get home to eat! That was awesome and I wishthere was something I could do to express my appreciation for her kindness to a really tired mommy! Every experience I have hadhere has been awesome and I'm always surprised because it's usually with younger teens but this one definitely was the bestexperience! I'm going to throw this out there. They made a small mistake on our pizza... I still gave them five stars. Theywere awesome. Really personable, and the most staffed Papa Murphy's I've ever seen. Very quick service just as long as you ensure that you order online. When I arrived, there was a good sized mob waiting for... their orders, but I was able to skip the wait which definitely felt like a win. I can't recommend purchasing online enough! Read more

Whoever was making the pizzas in the back this evening, 4/30, did a REALLY disappointing job. All the toppings skewed to one... side and missing the extra topping I paid for. If I pay extra for a topping, it should be on the pizza. Sloppy pizza making andmistakes are why I've started getting pizzas elsewhere, but I went for convenient today. Kudos to the kid at the cash registerwho questioned the other guy about the missing toppings. My mom didn't realize what they were talking about before she got backwith the pizza, but it sounded like he was new and was dismissed by the guy in back. Read more

Customer service is non existent. I ordered a pizza via phone call and was told it would take roughly 20-30 minutes. I waited 30... minutes before leaving my house and waited an additional hour inside the store while the employee walked around looking likelost dogs. It took a total of an hour and a half to make 2 UNCOOKED pizzas and a side salad. I brought the time conflict up tothe employee in store and they said ?sorry sir? while walking away.
