This McDonald?s had us wait 17 minutes for our food in the drive thru pick up. They have young girls working there that have to... go past cracked out people sitting on the sidewalk. Cheeseburgers were old dried out, cold and smashed. They had no pickles or mustard, so it was a special order. Like they were... someone's meal from hours earlier that a driver did not come and pick up. We could not eat them. Fries were hot and shake wasfine. Definitely old burgers. Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. We pulled in the drive through and we werent greeted warmly, only asked if we were using... the mobile app and we said no. They then completely ignored us while 5 total cars got their orders taken in the other lane. Weare asking "Hello? Are you listening? What the hell!!" And finally again my friend was like "HELLO?" And she's like "yeah?" verycurtly and rudely. We then told her we wanted to order because she never took it and again rudely "k what do you want." I'veworked in customer service for 10 years and this AIN'T IT Federal Way McDonald's. We then went next door to Starbucks and hadgreat customer service as always. Usually have a 50/50 chance of getting orders right no matter what time of day/night you go there, but today I was highly... impressed. I went thru the drive thru this morning and order a breakfast meal came home and it was the wrong kind of sandwich.Called them and talk to JESSICA who felt bad and ask if I was still in the area and to come back if I could to replace it. so Iwent back and got the correct breakfast sandwich and a pie. This was probably the best McD experience I've had in a while. Everytime I order it always gets messed up, but this location was... fast about fixing it. The girl at the register was very sweet. The manager working actually cares about his customers and was ontop of issues. My kids played on the play place after we had lunch. I'd definitely come back here. Read more
I ordered a lot of stuffs late at night. About 10++ orders. I was already tired and sleepy at 2.30am. They forget to give me the... soda and also the cashier was so mad at me and yelling rudely to me because I wrongly go to the second window. I was soembarrassed and he kept getting mad at me even though I didn't intend to skip the line and already said sorry 10 times. Check your meats. Quite literally. Ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches and 2 out of the 3 had no meat (ham and sausage patty). I... wouldn't mind if it wasn't food for other people but it was. We waited a while for the curbside pick up too...quitedisappointing. This location always seems to get orders wrong. It's either they forget something inside the actual order or theyserve you lukewarm coffee or they just make you wait for a long period of time after going through and waiting in the drivethru.
