Food was poorly prepared. Here's a couple pics of my wife's fish sandwich. My quarter pounder wasn't much better.

The worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. Waited over 30 mins at curb side, went in to see what the issue was. Staff... basically ignored every person waiting at the counter. One of the female employees were laughing at the fact their screen showedsomeone waiting for over 30 mins at curbside pick up. I saw them dumping food in a trash bag and then the cook getting upsetbecause they were wasting it. Then when I asked for a refund they said my order wasn?t on the screen probably because they threwit away because apparently they don?t know how to manage their orders correctly. No one wearing gloves and to top it off I sawemployees rubbing their food bags on their face stressing out before they were putting the food in the bag. I?ve pretty much had it with this location. Unless you order during their lunch/dinner rush, you?re rolling the dice, with... terrible odds, for awful food and worse service. The rush times simply make it less likely to get terrible food. I ordered aquarter pounder and 2 McDoubles at around 830pm today. Food looked like it was assembled by blind, uncaring people and is sobadly prepared that it made one of us nauseous. She said the quarter pounder tasted spoiled. It was blackened, dry and rubbery.My McDoubles were also rather dry and tasted off. Ketchup and mustard shot on the edge of the bun and all over the wrapping and1/4 pounder box. If I could find a phone number to call and complain to ownership, I would have by now. This is about the 20th+time I?ve been very disappointed by this location. It?s a real shame. McDonald?s is a system for a restaurant that is made torun smoothly, consistently and properly. These employees stand around, either talking to other employees while food piles upwaiting to be bagged and given to people waiting at the counter or acting annoyed when you finally ask for your order afterwaiting 15+ minutes. Don?t tell me it?s about being short staffed either, because it?s not that. They are short of goodemployees who care and presumably managers who will lead their team. I?m one more bad experience from never returning to thisplace. Whoever owns this place, please get it together. You?re going to lose money, even though you own a McDonald?s franchise.People will get sick of your poor service and food, assuming they don?t simply get sick from food poisoning. Read more

- Worst drive thru there is, out of any location. - Staff is super childish, rude, and inattentive. Like they need a... babysitter, and not a manager. One girl threw my bag of food onto my lap, flipped her hair while laughing with her co-workersbehind her very loudly, and began dancing. (I wish I was creative enough to make this up...) - Didn't have the shake flavor Iordered, but didn't tell me at the speaker. Told me at the window AFTER paying, and didn't offer a refund if that flavorwouldn't work. - Discovered after I drove away that they didn't even include the tartar sauce with my order, yet they didcharge me 10 cents for it, according to my receipt. I had ordered two items. There's really no excuse for not remembering toinclude the sauce I'd asked for. Maybe if she had spent more time reading the receipt instead of dancing, I wouldn't even haveto mention it. ???? Read more

If you want terrible service where the whole full crew of people ignore you, this is the place to go. We had a simple 2 orders... but the kid coupons needed to be manually put in by the crew so after many "Excuse me!", moments, I finally got assistance. The 3 large drinks sounded wrong when we got them, I pop the lids and there isn't any ice. We go to ask for cups for ice andget cups but the lobby ice machine has no ice either! I didn't get 1 napkin (2 ice creams were purchased) and had to requestmy 3 straws for the 3 large drinks we bought. This would have been a "0 star" rating if I could. Read more

This McDonald's is always so slow. It took over 20 minutes to get a happy meal and a soda. I understand they are busy but 20... minutes isn't acceptable. I will avoid this McDonalds at all costs. Two stars because the food was fine. Read more

My fiance and I came here today. I had asked if the bathroom were public because the door was locked and the lady working said... yes and let me in. Woah! The bathroom was DISGUSTING. Both toliets weren't flushed with trash all over the floors! After Iordered a happy meal, two chicken sandwiches, 6piece nugget and French fry. Waited 20 mins for the food. After getting in thecar and leaving, noticed they didn't give me my nuggets. Went back in to tell them and she looked at me as if I was lying, Itold her I recieved the other items just not the nuggets. She asked behind her and boom, their they were. Drive thru was crazy long line. When we ordered their music was so loud that we repeated the ordered at least 3 times, got to... the first window and she had a puzzled looked when we had to tell her the order twice more! Thankful order was correct butcold! For being 24hr and handing out cold food was the worst! Never going back! Read more
