Katsu serves beautiful looking burgers. They are instagram perfect and promise a trendy experience. They serve burger with deep... fried Panko patties, which I think was a pretty interesting idea. However I think their burgers are a little bland. They don?treally taste all that special each bite. Katsu is decently priced and their sit down is relaxed. Read more
Burgers here are great. At least the ones that I have tried. This was the samurai and it was big and delicious. I also really... like their crispy 12 spice fries, even though they seemed a little spicier than normal today. Their honey miso dipping saucehelped with the spiciness, and they have quite a few other dipping sauces as well. One of the ladies was cleaning down all ofthe surfaces inside which also made me feel good about eating there. They also have a different brand of soda that I hadn'ttried before, some kind of berry flavor and it was great. Last night I tried this place for the first time and ordered the Tokyo Tower. It was very good but not quite complete to me. It... was so good I decided to have Katsu again tonight but I ordered Mt Fuji. Until now the best burger I had ever had was at theHeart Attack Grill on Fremont in Vegas. My opinion has now changed. All the hype about this place is real!! I live in Tacoma but I go out of my way to get over to Federal Way just for this... spot! The employees there are amazing, attentive, and kind.
