After it was ready, the friendly employee helped me to bring out the sandwiches to my car. The order wasdone correctly. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the size of the sandwiches. We ordered our food on a Friday night at 6 pm. With the expectation of picking it up at 6:30 pm. I arrived and there were 2... groups in front of me to pick up. And someone who walked with there date. At that time there were 4 workers. The female on theregister looked defeated. The two males making sandwiches, were making sandwiches like they just learned how. The older ladywith tattoos was on the phone when she got off, she did absolutely nothing to help. Just walked around providing no help orguidance. Around 6:45 two more workers pulled up, they were drivers. They also provided no kind of effort. So now you have 6people sharing the same space with only 3 really working. Little bit after seven, the sandwiches were done and I went to pay, Itried to us the 20% off code. But nobody in the building could figure it out. She asked for help but none of the other 5employees could help. She stated that there is no manager on duty who could help. None of our requests went where they belonged. All the sandwiches were asked to be cut in half. Tomatoes were on sandwiches... where there shouldn't have been, and sandwiches that should have had tomatoes didn't. The one sandwich thay asked forstoneground mustard got none, while the sandwiches that didn't want mustard got it. The receipt shows that the person behind thecounter whi took our order put all the right mods on all the right sandwiches, so that means the line doesn't know how to readtickets and communicate with each other where they are in which sandwich. Fast, clean, food taste great. One downside, bring the chips back out to the front. We are all done with this covid. No one is... going and touching all the bags as they are sneezing all over them. Jimmy John's itself is good. What I don't like is that the delivery driver, at this location and only this location and only a... certain driver, rings your doorbell and has you sign for it if you don't leave a tip prior to delivery. I always tip cash andwill wait for the people if they don't do this. But, indirectly asking for a tip is annoying to me. Read more
