We ordered our food on a Friday night at 6 pm. With the expectation of picking it up at 6:30 pm. I arrived and there were 2... groups in front of me to pick up. And someone who walked with there date. At that time there were 4 workers. The female on theregister looked defeated. The two males making sandwiches, were making sandwiches like they just learned how. The older ladywith tattoos was on the phone when she got off, she did absolutely nothing to help. Just walked around providing no help orguidance. Around 6:45 two more workers pulled up, they were drivers. They also provided no kind of effort. So now you have 6people sharing the same space with only 3 really working. Little bit after seven, the sandwiches were done and I went to pay, Itried to us the 20% off code. But nobody in the building could figure it out. She asked for help but none of the other 5employees could help. She stated that there is no manager on duty who could help.
