The employee was unable to understand our order and could not communicate in English. We were very disappointed that most of our... order was wrong. The dining room was closed. So we had to go back in drive thru and we were unable to get the sauce we requestedand we still didn't receive everything. We ordered 4 taco's but only received 2. Food was okay but I feel their menu is a bit overpriced compared to dining at Wendy?s. Drive-thru was not exactly fast, but... nowhere near as slow as McD?s off 320th so can?t complain lol Read more
The service at the drive thru was slower than usual, but the service was satisfactory. The prices have skyrocketed since 2010,... being almost 250% higher for items like fries or value items. For these prices, I may as well go to a burger restaurant insteadof fast food. However, the fries and milkshakes are still of highest quality and taste. Read more
This would be my daughter. She's a Chicken Bacon Ranch girl, I crave the onion rings and charro, delicious. I went to get my favorite menu item, the Oreo Milkshake, but I was told the machine was broke! I don't understand.... I am told... the machine is broken more often then being served a milkshake! It's so bad that it's even become a little joke by us takingbets on whether or not the machine will be working or not and then if it is working we take side bets on whether or not theemployee working is going to say that it is closed for cleaning for the night! Worst Jack in the Box, this is the second time they gave me something wrong, I asked for the ?Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club? and... they gimme this, with no ranch and no bacon. They are the worst. Read more
This location is virtually NEVER opened late night due to lack of staff. On the odd occasions they are opened they're out of... stock. Things like "no lettuce for the tacos" have made me give up completely. Read more
