Good food, if you like spicy their Cajun fries are a must try. Milkshakes are great with many flavors, I mixed maple and bacon... and it was pretty good lol. A little spendy despite having a sign on the wall saying "best value for a burger" on the wall haha Read more
$40 for two burgers and one side of fries? I would have been better off going to McDonald?s. The burgers were under seasoned.... Fries were cold and soggy. The staff were dismissive and rude. They also forgot our fries and demanded to see our receipt tocheck that we ordered them even though we were the only ones in the store?. Read more
Not exactly fond of this franchise but I gave them another try and I was once again let down. I spent more here for a burger and... fries than I have for similar quality anywhere else in the area which totaled to be around $25 after tax. Absolutely outrageous.Normally while waiting for my food I'll watch as they cook and prepare the orders. I watch as the gentlemen places the burger inmy bag, go for the fry cup and fill that. He puts that in my bag and then proceeds to bury my order in fries by dumping more inthere. This is a situation where I just smacked my head for a number of reasons: -Why waste the fry cup if that's what you'regoing to do -What happened to reasonable proportions? -Why would you bury my order? Not only that but what is it with theseburger joints that can't pick appropriate buns for their burgers. The whole situation was an absolute mess. Aside from my orderthe staff was in fact very friendly and the location was quite clean. As much as I want to like this franchise it just has somestuff to work out. Most 5guys I?ve been to are great. I like their food a lot. This particular location is awful though unfortunately. Today I... picked up some takeout. This really nice pregnant lady in front of me ordered a cheeseburger & they mistakenly gave her ahamburger. When she went to the counter to let the guy know he gave her attitude & CAME BACK WITH A SLICE OF CHEESE IN HIS HAND.Not kidding, he told her to open the (cold by now) burger & he slapped it on the burger. It was so gross & rude. The lady wasreally nice & didn?t want to make a scene in front of her family. 5 Guys is usually pretty good but I won?t be coming back tothis location ever. Read more

My first visit at Five Guys. Customer service was outstanding, excellent they served with a smile and great, great attitude. Did... you know they give away ???? for free. Pretty cool????. Now! The food was good. Potato's is made fresh. They taste organic andgood. Milkshake taste and reminds me of the old school milkshake my grandma made for me when I was little.????????????????????????. I like the fact you as a customer get to decide what goes on your burger. Seriously, the cashier askedme to choose what I wanted on my burger. I gave her that look???????????????????? hmmmm whaaat!! The whole meal was made freshafter you ordered ????????. Down fall for me was the whole meal came up to $16. OMG!!! ????????. The store seemed to be in chaos when we went in. We stood in front if the cashier at least 5 min before he acknowledged us.
