Tried to order but they do not update their site with no delivery. You should at least put on your site that you're not... delivering. I live in Federal Way and only one store does delivery. That's a little ridiculous Inn entire town only one storedelivers And doesn't update. Starting to realize why domino's is losing so much money. Read more
Never had any bad issues here, food is always ready on time and staff is nice. Only gripe is they count cheese as a topping,... that's pretty shady. If they see this I hope they look into it, corporate says its at store level when they do this. Heads up. Read more
We order at least once a week if not more. We always order extra tomato sauce for each one of our pies. The store here in... Federal Way, WA on 336th has about a 20% accuracy in adding the extra sauce. Yes 80% of the time there isn't extra sauce. It'snot a big enough deal to spend the amount of time waiting for and explaining to a suoervisor/manager, but it is worth a mentionon my own time when asked to review this business after placing another order. They always get my order right and very courteous but don't order pizza after 8 pm. They usually call back and say they can't... deliver because short staffing. Read more
They will just sit and look at your order instead of making it unless you come in make it yourself, and deliver it yourself.... They wont call you, or text you, or give you a notification... they will just look at your order until you call them 90 minuteslater, then they will recommend you just go somehwere else. Read more
We've had a consistently bad experience here, unfortunately. It seems they have trouble staffing this location, but it's the... worst in the area in terms of wait time and consistent quality. When they get busy they remove the online order option. Iespecially wouldn't recommend ordering on those days. Want to order extra cheese? You'd better call and make sure they know youactually want it, or else you might get less than what you'd consider "regular" cheese. It's the busyness, I'm sure. Read more
