Food was as expected. Customer service was a bit lacking, bordering on rude. I understand that staffing issues these days lead... to less than desirable customer service experiences, so I've adjusted my expectations accordingly. But that doesn't mean thatthere's ever a time where dismissive and rude customer interactions are acceptable. Do better, Domino's! Read more
Friendly staff. Filled walk-in order quickly on a pretty busy day. Pizza was good and hot.
Yum! Teamed up with Stranger Things and coincidentally we had Domino?s watching Season 4 tonight.
First time in this store for take-out. It was around 3-4 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. I usually shop at the 336th St. store, but... was unable to use the $3 tip there, so just decided to try out this store. The store is a lot larger than my usual store.Service was quick, and pizzas were cooked very well, the pan pizza particularly. (The 336th store sometimes neglects to add thegarlic seasoning to the crust.) Picked up some individual napkins from the dispenser, and was provided with a small stack frombehind the counter when the service provider saw me do that. Much appreciated. Omg....shortage on sauce? Pizza so dry and over cooked the crust cracked. Shorted me on boneless chicken, counted pieces that... broke off as a whole 1!! Never again, I'll stick to my local Domino's. Read more
We have been ordering from this Domino's for many years. Our pizzas have always arrived in the time frame they estimated when... ordering. Always hot. Drivers are friendly and courteous. The only reason I give four out of five stars is price. Delivery feeseems a bit steep and some of the coupon prices don't seem like you're really getting a deal. All that said, I'll continueordering pizza from this store. Read more
Order #1205 made by Felicia. I?ve never had any issues ordering pizza from the Federal Way location but today all 3 of our... pizzas were very disappointing. First off the 2 large pizzas were undercooked. We had to bake it again since we didn?t want toeat RAW dough!!! Secondly, my GF pizza was supposed to VEGETARIAN!! All I asked for was shredded Parmesan, jalapeños and greenpeppers. What I got instead was a chicken pizza with pineapples, jalapeños, green peppers and onions (I?m ALLERGIC toonions!!!!). So needles to say, I couldn?t eat the GF pizza which a paid $12 for a small size. Thirdly, all pizzas should?ve hadextra garlic parmesan sauce but non on them did.
