I had breakfast at Denny's with my partner on Friday Nov. 11. We recieved outstanding customer service and were very impressed.... The employees were working tirelessly to serve the many customer and were friendly ad helpful. Though they were very busy onthis day they never forgot a single thing we asked for. Food poisoning from the pot roast bowl!!! It's not often that I will say" I'm not coming back" but after 5 bad experiences. I'm... all set. The food is the same from one place to the other. It's your staff that makes people want to come back. They don't evenknow how to take an order over the phone. Asking a customer that is (driving) to fill out their order on the app. Not smartcustomer service or even safe. Nasty food. Hamburger was falling apart and the bun was cold and broken in pieces. I did not take 1 bite out of it and when I... asked for just the burger to get taken off the bill. The burger I did not eat any of, they did not want to. The burger was 13.69and the avocado I ordered was $2. They "gave me" back 7.99 and said that was sufficient. We left there having spent $41 for 3kids meals. ???? I told my kids this is why you don't go to restaurants with less than 4.3 stars at LEAST. Never going back. Read more
This is the good Denny's. My burger and rings were perfectly cooked. My husband had the limited time brisket sandwich with eggs... and smoked brisket burnt ends and he said it was fantastic. The service here was also friendly and fast. Read more

We came to have breakfast. They had a couple of customers. She took our drink order we waited and waited. 2 waitresses that I... seen. I felt I was being profiled, I recently had a surgery and it's hard to dress so I wear loose clothes because it's easierfor now. I'm actually a good tipper. As the waitress from IHOP can attest. She was friendly (Nikki) on it and the prices werebetter. I used to like Denny's. I guess new management or something. Read more

Best Dennys I've ever been to. All the staff were amazing from beginning to end... They mentioned they were short staffed, you... couldnt even tell. The manger of store was helping out which was amazing!! I would give a 10 star if I could. I will definitelybe coming back here. Read more
