Very good food but with staff issues. If you order delivery or pick up, you will likely get the wrong order. Has happened to me... several times now. This happens because the staff just seems to not care about getting it right. Sometimes they?ll give you theright bag with the correct receipt in it but the wrong food inside. The food is good however, they got some chefs in therecooking the meat up well but just make sure to check your order. Read more

I had not been here in five years. I came because of a new item that was being advertised on TV. service was quick, there was no... wait to order, staff was friendly. My issue was the self serve area where you get your drink, spoons, forks, napkins, straws. To put it bluntly it was nasty. This should never be. With all the bad press Chipotle received a few years back I would thinkthat keeping that area clean would be a top priority. Read more

I paid $15 for extra rice, extra chicken, sour cream, black beans, extra green sauce, and peppers. This normally fills the... bowl. This time they filled the bowl HALFWAY, put a drop of sour cream the size of a dime, and put exactly one pepper in thebowl. I promise, I'm not exaggerating. They also mixed everything together like it was a tossed salad. THIS IS NOT CHIPOTLEQUALITY. If I want my ingredients mixed I will do it myself!! I order my food through the Chipotle app and the only thing that I have a problem with is that I do this on my lunch break which... is only an hour long and it takes me awhile to get there and back I barely have time to eat and then when I enter the store I gostraight to the cash register because they keep the food in the back the online order is at least, and they instead help atleast two to three customers before helping you that they just made food for. The reason why we do online orders is so that wecan pick them up and go we already paid we need to get out of there we're in a hurry clearly. Or we just don't want to be thereso it's really irritating when they do not just help us first we should always be help first that's why we order them online fora fast check out we've already paid all they have to do is grab our food it's very easy it shouldn't be a problem they shouldtake care of every person that comes to the cash register first and doesn't stand in line with the other people unless they areplanning on buying drinks Etc but if it's an online order it should be taken care of right away in my eyes. I also doordash as aside job to make a little extra money sometimes and we're timed on everything so that would look bad on us that they were takingcare of other people before us too.
