Depends on when I go but in the morning it?s five star service any other time it?s great customer service but not great coffee.... This the 3rd time in 2 weeks the evening staff made my drink wrong. They are really nice and I?m sure if I had time to turnaround they would fix it. Read more
My favorite BigFoot Java EVER!! Not only is it close to where I live, but seriously, the people who work there are the best!!... Always friendly, always quick with the orders so that the lines move swiftly. The beverages are really delicious. I've never hada problem with an order. They're on top of whether or not I've made enough points to earn a free drink (much more on top of itthan I am!) I recommend them enthusiastically! Read more

Startbucks was not doing it for me. And a friend recommended Bigfoot Java so I tried their version of a caramel frappe and it... blew me away. Since then the 44oz Caramel Frostbite has become my standard. That's a double venti for those that speakstartbucks. Made with real ingredients. I believe this is what makes them Legendary.
