Ordered my meals within 2 minuets of setting down and let him know the meals were to go. Floor supervisor tried to bring me the... salads for the order to the table to eat. I nicely told her the whole order was to go and she said she didn?t know. While I satwaiting 53 minuets for my chicken shrimp and mashed potatoes for 2 I watched 3 other groups of people get main orders sent infront of them who were seated after myself. Then when the order finally came the waiter said he didn?t know it was to go. Whilehe was getting my check the 34top next to me said they even heard me say right off the bat it was to go. Have been going toApplebees for years and this was pretty rude service. Not one time in this waiting period did the waiter ever come back to thetable and check on me or let me know he would check on my food. Then once I got the food home the chicken was semi cold, tough,and burnt on the outside making and uneatable crust on it. The onions under the chicken looked like soup instead of sautéed.They also need to change out their croutons for fresh ones. Salad was good other than that. Shrimp was good to. Inexpensive delicious American meal and alcoholic drinks! $6 for the drink on my photo, great portion too. Attentive service.... Their fries is crispy and served hot! Buffalo and cheetos wings are the bomb! Get ready to have acid reflux tho. To-go containeris not microwaveable. My fave go-to is the swiss mushroom burger, wings, and salads! I am writing this on the scale of restaurants that are in the same family. First of all we went there because they were open and... it was difficult to find an open restaurant. The server was extremely nice and the service was unexpectedly fast. The food cameout hot and was tasty. Really the only problem here was I ordered the hamburger well done with no pink and I had to actuallyremove most of the middle of the burger because it was very pink. Not just a little pink. On 9/10/22 around 1pm we went in and sat in the bar area. After around 30 minutes we still hadn?t gotten water or spoke to our... waiter which is strange. About 10 min later, an elderly couple sat at the table beside ours. 5-10 min after that a manager cameright over to them and apologized for the wait and got their drink order. I know he saw that our table had no water or food onit. When I said excuse me, he kept his back to us?. Kind of rude?
