I have started going to this sonic a few months ago since August and there is always something wrong. I have never called... because nobody is perfect and it's just food but I called today because my cherry slush is pink and had barely any flavor myroot beer is flat and my mozzarella sticks are extra hard no cheese inside because it busted out and not just one stick but alland when I called she basically told me "well that happens there's nothing they can do?" I asked for something to be done and Igot attitude from her and she said " I guess save the receipt and bring it back to get it remade." Ordered a delivery between Uber Eats, Door dash, and Grub Hub. All 3 times, the employees were incredibly rude to both myself... and the delivery drivers. Refusing to accept fault. Unwilling to make it work I ask you this, what are the odds all 3 serviceswere wrong? And this one lonely unsterstaffed sonic did everything right? Horribly unprofessional. Won't be back. Food quality is trash!!!! This place is the worst. Don?t spend your money here unless you?re getting a drink. The chicken... slingers are terrible when a year ago they weren?t. Food quality is so bad. Bun was burnt and hard and chicken was one bigtendon, hard and inedible. I used the app make a purchase and it's the second time that I've got ripped off and charged twice. I found out what was... happening was one of the representatives were canceling my order and then I would order again and they would cancel that ordertoo. One of the workers came out and told me that when the order was completed one of the representatives was swiping that itwas complete but they didn't bring me my order. The first time this happened to me they gave me a substitute for my other orderthat I didn't get. This time they didn't do anything so I pretty much got robbed in my order because one of the representativedidn't want to serve me. I Tried to order with my app for happy hour prices and they have it as closed at 9:00 but the store is actually open until... 11:00, every surrounding sonic let?s you order and this one doesn?t. They don?t honor the prices, the customer service isterrible. Why advertise something you won?t honor? Place is a joke.I showed my app to the staff and then the manager and hewouldn?t just match the price. It?s very simple but he chose to be unhelpful. I love sonic. This location gives the chain a bad name. I placed an order at the drive up, and sat there for over 30 minutes... waiting, all the whole different people came after me and left before me. But the giant screen said the order was being workedon. At the 30 minute mark, the screen started over and asked me if I wanted to place an order. I walked in, and they asked whatmy order was, and they handed me the shakes. No apologies. No explanations as to why I waited. To their slight credit it was avery busy night, and inside it looked like the milkshake machine literally spewed itself over everything (it seemed to haveexploded). This was a couple weeks ago. Tonight, i go again, and it?s pretty empty customers-wise. In the drive through, Iwaited 3-5 minutes and no one was asking for my order (note there were no other cars in the drive thru, and 2 in the stalls).The person sounded like they didn?t care about working tonight. Then I get my food and the fries are stale (like they weren?teven under a heat lamp) and the milkshake cup looks like it has a bite take off it. I?m reheating my fries in the oven rightnow. Read more
Some of the food was good, mainly the Oreo shake we had. Their sodas were a bit tasteless, and their pretzels are dry but not... bad. But their chicken sandwich was really dry and honestly not very good. Quick service isn't a bad thing, and the employeeswere friendly but there have been a few times now that they've been rude. I recommend this place when you're in a pinch orreally want their shakes or ice cream. But the only best food in my opinion, is their chilli Coney dogs. Read more
