This 7-Eleven has many serious problems, restrooms do not work, inside and outside the store is extremely dirty, the staff are... very rude and can barely speak English. They have no communication skills and are very violent. They also let the homeless juststand around begging for my hard earned money. There are bunch of flies around the hot items. The key pads for the pay pad aregreasy and dirty. The employees look very unprofessional and dirty almost like they do not care about personal hygiene. Read more
The swing shift lady is the rudest and most unpleasant person that I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I can't... believe 7eleven allows such horrible people to continue to work for them. Rolls her eyes, sighs when you have to put somethingback because THEY STOCKED IT IN WRONG PLACE, curses at you... The lady that works at night is so unprofessional, it honestly amazes me that she is still employed. I pressed the wrong key on... the credit card machine, told her about it and her response was "imagine that". Who says that?! As an employee that representsyour company, I would think customer service would be a little less trash and more professional. Read more
Clerk was extremely rude to me. Tried to tell me that unactivated scratch offs had been claimed already, then a woman came un... and bought them then a woman came in a claimed them. This is impossible having nit been activated. Lotto hotline said if shedoesnt know how to activate them to call and would tell her a 2 button process and she looked at me and said read my lips youhave to wait for the manger to come in. I had no issue wait for a competent person to call loto to activate these tickets butshe had 0 reason to get ride with me i was nothing but nice and patient with her. Rating went from 5 to 1 will never come hereagain except to cash these tickets in once lotto fixes them. Accuse me of already cashing them in when their not activatedwhich isnt possible.
