Where to begin? As a past employee I feel I should share some things (I am not a representative for zaxbys so I feel I should... warn you about this location) They never answer the phone (they always leave it off the hook), the toilet in the mens bathroomhas been broken for a few months as of me posting this and it still isn?t properly fixed. It sprays from the back where thepipes should be connected to the toilet, oh and the toilet isn?t even properly installed, you can move it with a slight pushfrom your foot. On-line order. We ordered a club and a wings and things. Asked for no cheese on my club but when I got home realized there's was... nothing on the sandwich other than some Zaxby's sauce and 2 pickle spices. Our latest visit was horrible! We ordered online so everything was in writing for them. My husband gets home and there is no... honey mustard and no spicy Zax sauce then the bread wasn?t toasted. I would understand if y?all were pack but there was no onethere but two employees. Read more

This is probably the worst Zaxbys has been. Every single time I get food there they mess up my order by: forgetting something,... not making it correctly, giving me the wrong food, they don?t even fill your drink up. The management needs to reconsider theirstaff. I ordered a sandwich with a larger drink and a separate large order of fries and two extra sauce. All they gave me wasZax sauce no order of fries and my sandwich had no sauce no pickles nothing even though I never requested plain. So first let me start by saying that the 2 girls working the window this evening weren?t thrilled at all about being at work.... They were far more interested in socializing and being on their phones than they were in doing their job and handing out qualityorders? This is the Cobb Zalad I got this evening. First they were ?out? of grilled chicken. No big deal. Then, I get home andthis is the salad I got.. They literally gave me just a plain piece of bread, not even toasted? Did mobile order. They had door locked. Went to drive thru and nobody would answer us. Pulled to window and they were all... standing there. Told me to pull forward and come in after I had already tried to come in the other door where vehicles wereparked. Went inside and my food was on the counter. Like why couldn?t you just hand me my food. Then they refused to give me anyseasoning on my fries. The only Zaxby?s I have ever been to that wouldn?t give any seasoning.
