When I arrived at the store, I was pulled forward to wait for my food. We sat there 30 minutes and nobody ever came. I went in... and nobody had started my order at all. When I questioned the manager about it, she yelled at me and told me to leave the store.This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I will never go to this store again. I'll make the trip to Huntsville.They know how to treat customers. Read more

The food is great but inconsistent. So is the pricing. I appreciate that they are under staffed as many places are right now.... But, Basic things that people expect when they come to corporate chain food places are, the same taste, the same sizes,consistent pricing. I was quoted $75 and change for an order of 58 chicken strips. A week later when I came to pick up my order,I paid $99 and change. When one person works, you get one price. When someone?s else is working, you get a different price. Ihighly suggest upper management come from out of town and figure out why there is so much inconsistency. Not very happy with tonight's visit AT ALL...BAD experience from beginning to end. The lady at the speaker kept repeating the... wrong order back to us 3 or 4 times, then when we FINALLY get to the window, she was rude to us. We sat in line at the windowfor several minutes before being asked to pull forward. Then we sat pulled ahead for almost 12 minutes. At which my husband wentinside to ask about our order, was told , was still cooking. So we wait AGAIN & finally our order was brought out to us, with noapology or explanation for the wait. My husband at this time is upset to the point that he didn't even want to go back to tellthem that they didn't include his fries with his combo, the red beans & rice I ordered with my combo was barely HALFfull in thecup. Absolutely horrible service!!! We walked in and waited at the counter for 20 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. There were... two girls at the window arguing with a customer complaining. Then two guys making food and nobody said anything. After waiting agirl came and said they were closing the lobby down and for us to order through the drive thru. Would have been nice to knowthat when we first came in so we didn?t have to wait so long. Thursday afternoon around 6:20. Went to drive through, ordered dine for two, ordered original with two legs and three thys, redbeans & rice, mash & gravy,.I... repetted my order to the attendent 3 times. I got 3 wings, 1 leg and a piece I think was a mutated breast, a half cup of dryedcagian rice, mash & gravy. Order was stone cold. Called and asked to speak to Manager But he was to scare to answer phone,.Italked to who was suppose to be the assistant manager, and she said it was in possable to get that order incorect. She said tobring my ticket back to prove it was not right. Are you going to drive back to a business after you buy dinner and go home toeat it.
