Lazy is the best descriptive word that I can use. No one seems like they want to work the counter and take a order. Wait time... was 37 minutes for two orders. We sat, waited with the rest of the angry crowd who paid and received a long wait time. I love the crinkle cut fries...they're my favorite! What I don't understand is why they took the basket size fries off the... menu??? I would order that size everytime! I'm sad that I no longer can order this size, and it may be the reason I stop eatinghere. It was a perfect share size. Please bring this back. I'd really appreciate it. Read more

Customer service was not good, felt like we were bothering them. The chicken was dry, and the dining room had no clean tables.

I used to really like this spot. I?m not sure what happened and what has changed, but overcooked and dry boneless wings are not... the business. Food was on par for a Zaxby's, served fresh and hot. That's where the good stops. The dining room area was a mess, and... ultimately had to clean my on table and seat. It wasn't busy inside, only two other people there. Staff just don't seem to care,everyone joking around and two employees out back smoking with door wide open. Drive-thru backed up, with cars having to movearound, which blocked dining in customers from leaving. Even had an employee taking up two parking spots in the main customerparking area; employee came out to his white BMW to retrieve something. Read more

$30 for the Family flavor by the pound meal. Seriously? 10 small chicken strips and 4 nuggets? Some stale tasting fries,... absolute worst. We are done with this Zaxby?s. You will have less than a 50/50 chance you will be satisfied with the service ormeal. Read more

I sat in the drive through for 30 min at 730pm. The staff should be trained to speak to customers without using the word "huh"... every third word. They were out of half of the items I requested and I found a giant portion of plastic along with my lettuce ona sorry excuse for a chicken club sandwich. This place needs some supervision. Read more
