The experience of getting a foot long combo from Wiener Works with onions, mustard, and chili for the Super Bowl or July 4th is... a wonderful family tradition. The fries are very similar to McDonald's being thin and salty and fresh. Cherry Pepsi a greatchoice of drink. Service is horrible counter people act as if they don't want to wait on you much less do their job and it doesn't matter if... there's one person in line or 10 they spend the majority of their time standing around talking to one another or leaning on awall . Store is not clean nor is self serve stocked properly. My boss and I eat here frequently and at different times providingthey are open . Hope the owner reads these reviews so that he knows how long time customers are feeling about both locations.Reaford rd.and Ramsey st. Have loved this place since it was called Wiener King waaaay back in the day. The fry delight is something you can't get... anywhere else, & to find a comparable hot dog you'd have to go to all the way to New York City & find one of those streetvendors. Only Wiener Works taste Much better. They have burgers, dogs, fish sandwiches, it's all good so you can't go wrong. Read more
Everything was disgusting. Fries was boiled in grease, chicken dog fell completely through the bun. Asked for onions only & the... lady decided to add cheese,slaw extra mustard. Terrible experience at loser works today. Will not be returning. Tea tasted likemop water to add insult to the already thrown away slop dog. Read more
Very disappointed! I waited at the drive-thru speaker for 15min. I was the only car in line. No one ever answered so I parked... and went in to order. The lady who took my order was nice. The store just opened and I was the only customer there. My hot dogseemed warm until I bit into it. It was ice cold in the center and my onion rings were soggy. If I could give this place lessthan one star I would've. Read more
Ordered a sausage dog combo. My order was given to the wrong customer. The cashier asked for the order back and attempted to... hand the order back off to me. I asked for the order to be remade. The cashier yelled at me. I asked for a refund. Thecashier did not bother to apologize for the mixup. I was offended and I will not be returning for further visits!!! Read more
