If I could give a zero I would! Waited in the drive through for about 30 minutes and it was only 1 vehicle ahead of us. When we... got to the window the manager was arguing with a staff member for about 10 minutes before another employee came to shut thewindow to the drive through. I ordered the chicken nuggets(hot&spicy) and they were like warm and nasty!!!!!! Indoor dining was closed at 4:30pm no one could... go inside. Took 15 minutes per car at the drive through. Service is so slow I was able to go inside use the bathroom, and people inside... were complaining of how slow the employees were. Should never have to wait 45 minutes after ordering it to get food. Read more
Abhorrent, dismal, unbelievable. Not only were we made to wait over 30 minutes, when we asked what happened we were given... attitude, and told, by the woman that took our order, that she forgot to bring our food out! When another worker came out, theorder was incorrect! There was ZERO communication about screens being down or any other issue that they later tried to use asan excuse. NO APOLOGY only excuses & attitude from the 3 people with which we had interactions! $30 and had to fight for arefund! Never again. Stay away from this location! 42 minutes for this ordeal! Definitely 1 of my top fast food. Food is always fresh made to order. They also have the best fast food breakfast! I love the... breakfast potato wedges. I never have to say on a light brown biscuits. All of their biscuits are light and fluffy just like Ilike it. Now the drive thru line is another thing. Pls expect to wait no matter what location lol. I have visited this Wendy's location twice in the past week. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Myself and my buddy were... both highly disappointed in both visits. For the breakfast the chicken patties were completely burned. Please see pics. Thentoday at lunch, we asked for one of the chicken sandwiches to have no mayo and to add ketchup and mustard. We asked for thesecond one normal. They decided to give us no condiments at all and even decided to not give us straws or napkins. There is noparking lot in the drive through so there is no where to check your meals without holding the line up. I would not recommendthis place. Definitely not representing the Wendy's brand well.
