Whoever owns this Wendy's should downright look for NEW management. This location is not at all clean, the employees are rude... and lazy, and there is never a contingency plan for normal operations. The amount of untapped revenue is disgusting all becauseof POOR management. If you see this and are willing to pay 90k a year, the ability to discuss employee pay/benefits, andauthorization for remodeling. Cannot go inside. This was my third time ???????? trying to visit this Wendy's location. The first time their machines were down... to take orders. Another time, everything was down... This time the drive-thru had a few vehicles. I ordered through their sitebefore getting to the window... Exactly what I ordered and paid for and expected. The service was okay. The worst wendys I?ve ever been too. I will never return to this location, it always something with them. Workers are rude.... Machine is always down, only taking cash or mobile orders every time I go there. Well tonight I go and get 2 six piece nuggetsand they gave me spicy and I call up there 15 minutes and the dude tells me it?s been two hours, I was like no I was just upthere. I was just sitting in that line for fourth minutes just to get told I need to make a moble order and didn?t give me areceipt and yells at me telling me I ordered spicy nuggets, and there nothing he could do. There are only 4 cars in line for the drive thru and I have been here for the past 20 min...waiting. 4 cars ordering does not... take this long. This is completely unacceptable, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Don't go here if your on a time crunch. Also,inside they are pushy for tips which is super unprofessional. Expanding my review after getting my food: my 2 burgers (one as alarge combo, the other as just a burger) came out to be $28+. I was overcharged. I asked for a recipt and was flat out told"no". Went through the drive-through and was rushed to take our food quickly by a rude employee. They did not initially give us our... card back. When we asked for a receipt, we were told that they hadn?t changed receipt paper in a long time. My spouse then hadto stand there for approximately 10 minutes while every receipt from the past several hours printed slowly. Not to mention, theygot my order completely wrong. And their dining room wasn?t open, so I would?ve had to wait in the long line of cars in thedrive-through once again if I wanted the correct order. Used drive-thru before starting a road trip. Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1st was COLD. Not warm, actual cold like it had been in a... fridge. Tried 2 bites and threw out. 2nd sandwich was bad. Hot but bread was hard, tasted bad. 1 bite and done. Even coke tastedoff. Ended up being sick within 30 minutes causing a long rest stop at the very beginning of the trip! Used to stop herefrequently (3+ times per week), but quality of product has been dropping. Will not use this location any more. Read more
Tried to go here two times, first time the dining room was closed with no exploitation and no body would acknowledge us... outside. Second time went through the drive through. Heard the cashier try to dissuade other people from ordering saying therewas a long wait, their credit machine was down, and they had to pay cash in exact change. When it was my turn she simply saidthey were only taking online orders, then refused to talk to me. Take your business to a restaurant who cares. Read more
