I used to love this location. I haven't gone regularly in the past 3-4 years. Every time I go, the service is so slow. I ordered online to make things quicker and easier because the line is always so long. When I arrived and hit I'm here, I got an... Uh-Oh something went wrong message. I tried several times but it failed again and again. I finally received an error message butit said your order was sent to the kitchen. I tried to enter the building (which should have been open until 10:00) but the doorwas locked. It was 9:30. So I had to get in the long drive-thru line to get my order. Went to Wendy?s tonight to get dinner I ordered my dinner and I added onto bacon Nader fries with extra cheese pull up to the... window and watch the girl or the lady with the long wavy hair kind of older put shredded cheese on my bacon Nader fries. Ordered their number one combo and number two combo. The burgers were cold, one of the burger didn't come with fries, sweet tre... was supposed to be sweet but it was not, no napkins and no sauce, they don't have any dining in option alsot. I went to this location today and had the most pleasant experience. The young man that took my order was very nice, patient, and... respectful. He spoke with a smile! Edit: came back today and Patience was the best!! She was so friendly and so fast. She as well helped me to my car with my large... order. This Wendy?s is the best!! This is a wonderful Wendy?s!! I came in with a large order for my coworkers and they were soprofessional and pleasant. The manger on duty was very helpful in making sure my large order was correct. Everything was hot andfresh. The cashier Ernest was upbeat and had the best positive attitude. I will definitely come back!! Antwon even helped me tomy car and made sure my drinks were safe and wouldn?t spill. Ordered a #6 Large Combo (Which is a Spicy Chicken) w/Chocolate Frosty - had to wait on fries to cook, no big deal. Got my bag,... they had given me a Dave's Single. When I went inside the restaurant to correct the mistake, the employee told me it comes witha Dave's Single, where the menu clearly says Spicy Chicken. The employees were rude and hastily made me the food that I orderedand what a poor job they did of it, warm chicken, missing condiments and a stale bun. Won't be coming back here! Read more
