Just try to pick up from this location, had to sit in drive thur for 30min since they lock the main doors with no notice why.... The app said they still have dine in and carry out. When I got to order was out of chill the main reason I pick Wendy's overMcDonald's. Read more

At this point I don't even know why this location is still open. The workers are rude, the food is always nasty & taste burned... no matter what time of day you go & that if they even have the food because they are always out of something, the wait is alwaysat least 20 minutes whether your in drive thru or in the drive through. This Wendy's fell off years ago & has never been thesame. I'd rather drive to literally any other Wendy's in Fayetteville before I go to this one. Read more

Too hot! The thermostat was set to 82 degrees! The registers went down. Employee paychecks with their personal information was... in the dining room area for all to see. Food wasn't terrible. Wouldn't exactly recommend this location. Read more

This place is slow and they shut off breakfast early. I recieved my breakfast but two cars behind me they told them 15 minutes... before breakfast ends that they are no longer serving breakfast. I sat here for 45 minutes total just waiting and 35 minutes wasafter I paid (because I would have left). They have always been slow but this place gets worse and worse. When we got to thewindow the for food after paying the girl asked what we ordered because they didnt know. We asked for a reciept when we paid butwere told the machine is broken. We asked for a manager but were just laughed at by the girl working whose name I cannot seebecause she has no name tag. The manager came out and gave us our food which was still wrong but worked to fix it which stilltook an additional 10 minutes to get right. Judging by their location this place should be making money and turning overheadcount. They clearly need better leadership or employees to list to the leadership or just shut down. Fast food is fast, itis quicker to go to a sitdown establishment then eat here. I will be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable for anycustomer to receive service like this. I will ask them for what it takes to open a franchise and open it near to put this placeout of its misery. Read more

Did a mobile order, waited 10 minutes in drive thru. Ordered a sweet tea, got unsweetened, bacon on burger wasn't cooked all the... way. No napkins had to ask for straws 3xs. Won't go back to this location Read more

Horrible experience. Had no fries and a sign at the order speaker telling you there were no fries and that there are no... substitutions. It took 45 minutes to get to the order speaker to find this out. Had to wait longer because the speaker didn'twork so we had to drive to the window to make it order. Then we were charged twice for the order and told it was our faultbecause one of the charges was from the Wendy's app. We don't have the app so that is a lie. If I could give no stars I would.This place is horrible. The service is horrible. The food is horrible. STAY AWAY! Read more

The picture says it all. They placed a slice of cold cheese on top of the fried chicken sandwich. It simply tells me that this... restaurant just doesn't care about their product when they place cold cheese on the sandwich that is supposed to be hot. Read more

Incredibly slow. Waited in the drive thru for 10 min before going inside. Was then forced to use a very slow kiosk as no one... was working the register. Two employees did have five minutes to chat with another patron instead of taking orders, fillingorders, cleaning, or anything useful. Overall it?s 25 minutes I?ll not get back. Won?t make the mistake twice, recommend youdon?t make it either. Read more
