We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We sat down immediately and our drink order was taken. Our food came quickly and was... great. Not sure why there were so many bad reviews. The place just opened and I?m sure they were working out the kinks. Read more
Very friendly staff, food was on point and served in a timely manner! Love the new set up! More seating space in the booths and... the restaurant is wheel chair accessible. Its nice having one on our side of town! Read more
I'll preface the review by stating that I didn't even eat here, and I hope the execs can take note of my disbelief when I went... to this location in the early hours of the morning to find that it was "take out only." It's just not the kind of place I wanttakeout from. That's not to say the food isn't great, it's just not how I want to enjoy it. I was excited for this location butknowing that I can't sit down and eat at a table at any moment of the day is a major deterrent. What is this new policy??? I'dgenuinely love to know why the model has changed. Forgive me for my harsh rating, but it's like my whole world has beenshattered here. Read more
Highly disappointed, my family walked in there with only three other tables full. Two were already served and the other was... still waiting. I went to the restroom after my family sat down, came back out and five minutes later another two families showup and the servers told them they will be right with them. I asked my husband did anyone say anything to him and he said no. Mytwo toddlers were getting restless and I would of been happy with a server just getting me drinks for them period. Something tocalm them down because they were hungry, hence why we came there. But nothing for another 10 minutes. Then a server goes to atable that sat down 10 minutes after we did, turned to my table and asked if we?ve been served yet. My husband and I both sayno, a bit annoyed at this point and the server CONTINUES to take the other tables order!!!!!! I told her we were here first andwe would be happy with just drinks. She said ?I?m so sorry we will get to you soon.? She knew we were there first. So what I?vegot to wait another 20 minutes for drinks to be taken???? The servers were so slow and only doing one table at a time as if theyhad no clue how to multitask. That?s a horrible location to put in rookie servers because with the high school there it?s goingto get over run fast. Needless to say we left right after that due to the lack of professionalism any of the staff had and wentto Hope Mills Rd location were we got excellent service immediately. Zero stars for making my kids cry because we had to findother means. We would of still been there waiting by the time we got done eating at the HMS location. Read more
Not sure if I ever thought I would give a Waffle House 5 stars. But this location is awesome. Servers are super attentive and... friendly and as always food was fresh and fast. Read more
Poor, poor, poor service. The cook was not good. He tried to serve my family raw ham. Also, he attempted to heat a slice of pie... and burned it. Needless to say we did not eat there. I'll never go back. Read more
