Almost every time I've ordered (but once), I've had a great experience with the food. I order from this place as a treat when... either payday comes or I finally get a day off. The sauces are finger-licking good and the chicken is great. The chicken alonedoesn't warrant a five stars but the rub and sauces used do. We ordered food for the Staff at 3:49 for a 4:30 delivery time. So we call at 4:46 and ask where the food is? The Female on the... phone says sitting right here no Door Dash driver never came and got it? So our food had been sitting for at least 30 minutes. Iasked the female why no one has picked it up she replies no idea call Door Dash? Side note - I did not order through Door Dash Iordered through the Wing Experience website and no where on that site it says they use Door Dash. No Logo nothing tells you theyuse an alternate company to deliver their food. If I would of known that I would of sent someone to pick it up. Door Dash inthis city is the absolute worst service possible - OK Continue I asked why, I ordered through the Wing Experience website shewas very short and said call Door Dash well that's confusing since I never knew Door Dash was there food delivery service. Ithen said I'll send someone to pick it up but i want fresh food. She hung up on me!! So I returned the call and asked for theManager. John the Kitchen manager picked and accused me of cussing at the female on the phone?!? So not true!! That obviouslynever happened he spoke to me in a very frustrated and angry tone so I gave it right back and explained I just wanted fresh foodand I'll send someone to get it. He then tells me that a Door Dash driver has picked my food up at this point 25 minutes late, Ireplied that's not good enough and I want fresh food. He still blamed me for cursing at the female on the phone which was atotal lie that she told him so she wouldn't get in trouble for hanging up on me.
