I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while so I went there to get a bean burrito usually I get the tacos but I decided to try... something different. The beans had a odd taste to it, they taste it like they were scorched or something it was definitely notgood and I am a bean lover! the only reason I gave it two stars is because the young man at the window was very mannerable ,very engaging and very hospitable! Around 9:30pm I asked for two Mexican pizzas but one with chicken and without beans... And I told them I'm highly allergic to... beef and they still put beef on my hard tacos. And then I did the survey and this young female with blue finger tips nails on..without any gloves on to handle food... she asked what kind of free treat for doing the survey I said Baja freeze she tried togive me a run down drink ... I got some plan hard shell tacos, they was so much grease in the meat the tacos were super soggy, the shell absorbed all the... grease and just fell apart. Didn't even bother to eat two of them because they were such a mess, the shells were so soggy andstuck to the packaging. The sauce packets were all stuck together by one of the packets that had busted open. it was quitenasty. I will not be going back to this store. Not what I expected from Taco Bell. Read more
I?m actually impressed by how little pride the employees have in their work. I know not even being able to meet basic standards... as a Taco Bell employee is probably a hard pull to swallow. However, robbing people out of money after charging them for extrameat and giving them this (not even chopped properly) so not only can?t you read a screen but you can?t memorize a tactic thatrequires 3 motions! Just start fresh with new management and new employees! To end on a positive note having eaten at Taco Bellbefore my standards were low and yet y?all still managed to disappoint.
