Lobby always closed depending on if they feel like opening it, rude employees, unprofessional, not enough staff, they don't... listen to the order and never, never ever give what you order. I went yesterday and when I opened what was supose to be achicken soft taco Supreme..I counted 4 small pieces of chicken that looked to be crumbs in the bottom of the pan with I counted5 slivers of cheese and 5 slivers of lettuce it looked like it was something torn apart from the garbage not tomatoes, sourcream. You can go inside so you have to get back in the long line that you just waited in just to be treated bad for showingthem what looked to be old and nasty food...eye rolling dirty looks...that place needs closed down..or find all new staff thatworks professional....... First time at this location as I was on vacation. Was trying to follow some friends back home and was asked by the lady at the... drive through to pull to the complete other side of the building in the mobile order spot. I got the breakfast box for $5. I got the sausage and egg crash wrap. This is the second time I got one. The first time I got it... the way it comes but this time I had them put it on the side. I was driving a truck transporting cars stopped in, my first mistake. Walked in waited to order they advised me the only way I... could order was use the kiosk out front. I used the kiosk and put it I was paying cash nobody ever came so I finally had to askhim and they said you got to use the kiosk and I said I'm paying cash. Then I heard them tell somebody and drive through theydidn't have any change. So my food was ordered they took my money no change back and never told me. I didn't even get a receipt.It was only one young lady that was nice into thing and she was in the process of making the food the others need to have acareer change. Floors not clean, lobby may or may not be open depending on who is working. They cant seem to keep their POS system working.... They had no change for cash customers. Can't seem to find nice employees to save their life. Bless the owner of this restauranthe/she deserves better. Read more
Stopped in around 930pm. Wife and I both wanted a Crunchwrap but was told they didn't have any crunchrwraps left so we settled... for Chalupa combos. Very disappointed, every food item in the bag was cold, no warmth whatsoever. I couldn't even stomach one ofthe chalupas. A $10 combo should not disappoint this much. Read more
Good and bad review here, went here the other night and the girl taking our order had an attitude and a hard time hearing.... Ordered two of the 5 layer nacho fries platters and like 3 other things so she gives us our total and tells us to pull forward,when we paid she asked us to pull around to the main entrance of the restaurant. We get to the parking spot, and can see inside,at least 2 employees sitting around the lobby, not sure if they were meant to be on shift or not, but they were chillin' ontheir phones. We sat there for almost 15 minutes before she brings us our food, and right when she brought it out an off dutyemployee had pulled up, she stopped to chat with him for a quick sec before she brings us our food, and when we got it it wasmissing one if the platters, so we mention it and she got an attitude but said she would go check(because we never recieved areceipt) and comes back out only to inform us that she only charged us for one platters so that's all we were getting, and whenmy husband told her that it wasn't our fault that she wasn't paying attention enough to charge us for both and that we shouldget it, she proceeded to tell him that because he had a attitude he wasn't getting anything and that we could leave, and when hetried to protest she smarted off at him ignoring him and went back in the restaurant. Here's the good part, I wish I would havegotten the off duty employees name, because after that happened he comes up to the car and asks us if the girl had just givenus a hard time, and we explained the situation to him and he apologized for her and this OFF SHIFT employee went inside thestore and made sure we got our second platter, and apologized again. We were so thankful that he handled that situation so muchmore professionally than his attitudinal fellow employee who happens to have an attitude every time we deal with her, we go hereoften, and have had some small issues before, but never this bad.
