Horrible customer service! Allowed a customer to completely skip me in line even after the customer insisted I order first (yes... I was also in line 4 minutes before them). This resulted in me not having time to get my food and making me late for work. Iwould not recommend this location. Read more
I received food poisoning from this location. I tried to contact the owner of the store and we negotiated compensation and then... i never received anything at all. Not a call or anything and its been well over a month very disappointing and I WILL be callingeveryday until something is ACTUALLY done this time. Ridiculous. Read more
Ordered online and when the food was delivered it was wrong call the store and spoke with an employee who was very helpful but... needed the manager to approve the remake of the sandwich when she put him on speakerphone he told her to just add the toppingsto the sandwich I had to bring back to the store mind you I was at work for an 8 hour shift then while still on speakerphone hehas the nerve to say I needed to learn how to make an online order while the very helpful employee remade my sandwich there isno doubt in my mind that Shezad would have them keep that old sandwich for the next customer his customer service is at an alltime low and I wouldn?t recommend anybody do any business with this kind of person Read more
