It was 7:51pm I wanted a white chocolate mocha but because they didn?t want to clean the expresso machine again they wouldn?t... make me one!! $6.21 for a "grande" which must be Latin for "medium anywhere else" reminds me why I've always avoided Starbucks.

Usually don't have any issues at this Starbucks but today I went in and the person at the register was rude and seems to be... irritated that he had to actually do his job. Once he actually made my drink it was rushed and didn't taste like it had anyExpresso in it. It would be different if the experience wasn't bad from start to finish but it was definitely not customerservice that makes me want to come back. Read more
