I usually don't have an issue at this location. However, something has changed within the last few months and i'm not sure where... the issue lays but it needs to be addressed. My family and I went to this location this weekend and the service is terrible. Wehad 2 drinks and 2 food items. We were told to pull forward in the drive thru to wait for a drink to be made. It wasn't a remakeso not sure why we had to pull forward. Then we were missing part of our food so when the barista brought the drink out I toldher we were missing part of our food and she tells us to go back in the drive thru line. Then shows she is irritated that I toldher a drink was missing a topping. Mind you during this whole situation I was polite and calm. I told her thank you and herresponse was "yeah". I'm sorry, but that's not okay. I get it's Starbucks and it's extremely hectic at times. I used to work forthe company. What I don't get is the need to be unnecessarily rude. Read more
Every time I come to this Starbucks there?s always an issue. There?s always something wrong with my order, always out of things,... and it?s always a long wait. Upon ordering this morning, I ordered my usual which is a Pumpkin Cold Brew with 2 pumps on Pumpkinsauce and 2 pumps of White Mocha. Due to supply issues it?s understandable to not have the white mocha. What?s frustrating isthat the person taking my order told me that I can?t order my drink like that and that they usually don?t make it that way.Furthermore, I will not be returning to this Starbucks. I often go to this Starbucks several times a day. I like when the drive through is busy they will often have someone outside... taking orders in the drive through to help move orders along. This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. This is the 3rd time coming here and not even in larger cities... with way more volume like NYC, Chicago, Tampa, or Baltimore do they move like this. I understand that the pace is different butretraining may be needed at this facility to increase efficiency. Read more
Waited 20 minutes in line for essentially a venti cup of milk when I didn?t even order regular milk. Second order they didn?t... even bother adding milk. Understandable that they were busy but the girl taking our orders didn?t even listen to what we said atall. Do better Read more
Not the cleanest but it?s status quo for a Starbucks. Friendly staff and plenty of seats to sit. The nitro cold brew had to be... changed mid way through my pour and the barista just poured the first bit of the new nitro in my cup so it was overpowering withnitrogen. But other than that not bad of a place to chill. Oh and no where to park when drive thru is full. Had to park inWalmart parking lot. Read more
Came here to study with a friend on a Saturday. While trying to order and while we were studying, I noticed a new employee was... being trained. I believe the trainers name was Kade. I just wanted to say he was doing a great job training! As someone who hashad to train employees, you have to be patience and thorough. I think he was doing an amazing job!!! Read more
