Appalling. Half of my food was COLD and the other half correct. They charged me for two 20oz drinks when I order one Large 32oz... drink. They had no one else in there when I was there, so it makes no sense that they couldn't make a simple sandwichcorrectly. Oh ..I also stood and waited for longer than I should, just for them to take my order. I am done withSchlotzskys. Being from Texas, it's nice to have a Schlotzskys so close. The staff here is nice and the sandwiches are great, but they need... to learn to bus the tables more often. Every time I've been in this one the tables always need cleaning. Read more

Attitudes of staff working was not very welcoming along with their AC not working. It was 78 degrees in the restaurant. Our food... was sub par. The loaded baked potato soup was terrible, tasted old and looks nothing like the picture, more like mashedpotatoes. The bathroom really needed some attention considering a staff member had just walked out and didn?t replace the emptytoilet paper and looked like a complete disaster with the doors falling off the hinges and toilet seats that needed replaced 5years ago?. Sooooo This was my first time here. The odd part is i never received a receipt. I thought u always get a receipt from fast food... places. Anywho i would tell you what kind of sandwich i had but i didnt get a receipt. But the sandwich was good. The cookiesare soft and i look forward to trying the chips.
