Has gone down hill. I show up to this location and the kids behind the counter are on their phones and did not acknowledge me... for almost a minute. One kid who first saw me tried to get the attention of the cashier and looked up at me and went back to hisphone for a few seconds. I pay and my receipt does not have any expenses on it ( I can claim for work). I ask for anotherprintout and the young guy said that he could not print another one out. No one was behind me so I know it was easy to pull ofthe Point of Sale Machine?..Ok?.. I move down the line and the grill is filthy. I almost asked for a refund because of the guysrudeness. Food is as good as any Sarku. They are never ready to serve when they open. Today they ?opened? at 1200, but refused to serve... anyone until 1220 because the food wasn?t ready yet. Read more

I usually love this place. I don't know if its under new management or not but the young man who fixed my food was very, very... sloppy. He threw the food on the plate and had no customer service skills. So I left the food and asked for a refund. This placeis not the same. I haved work in a food industry before and I can assure you that I have never seen anyone on their phone so much while being on... the clock and not change gloves. That's not the worse of it. I knew my orders were wrong and for that reason I did not touch theplates. I kindly ask if those were my plate and the worker (a young man) said yes. I told him not once, but twice that my orderwas incorrect and yet he keep insisting for me to grab them and gave me an attitude. He was so disrespectful. I also ask for amanager and instead he laughed and said there was none available. I will never attend this place again. We the customers are theone one that make your business successful. I love this place and I?ve been going there for years at the Cross Creek Mall , but the last two times I?ve gone there I?ve... ordered two meals each but was told that I only get my card stamped once , when did this change , so I order 4 meals but onlyget credited with two, can someone please explain this to me cause your cards say a stamp per meal. Uber driver here went to pick up order, guy behind counter didn?t speak or understand enough English to help me. Soda machine... not working so customer wasn?t able to get what they paid for. I don?t eat here often as the line is long and I usually have to have a taste for it. I do have to say that I enjoyed the... noodles with beef and shrimp I ordered. I got some shrimp tempura which was ok. Their chicken egg roll was pretty good. Usuallyegg rolls are bland but this was pretty good. Their portion size is pretty big. I was able to eat some for lunch and took therest home for dinner. I do like that they cook it in front of you and it?s made to order.
