Today was my first experience there. I started with the Southern Belle smoothie, which was delicious! I also got to experience... thr Ionic footbath detox, followed by the rest station. The atmosphere and air in this place is just soothing, calming andrelaxing. Everyone there was inviting and informative. I'm so glad I found you guys and can't wait to try other services. The effects of their techniques in the Reiki services as well as all the other services they offer, are amazingand life changing! I love this place! You will not find a fresher or healthier smoothie any where in town. Everyone in the shop is knowledgeable... about the food, supplements, and services they offer. JUICE BAR Review only - I asked around Hay Street for a REAL Juice Bar and was directed to this place. Smoothies here are not... filled with ICE! Just frozen fruits and veggies as they should be. The expert behind the bar helped me select a green smoothiewith added flax seed and turmeric with protein powder. Compared to a regular smoothie, this blend was a lot smoother and a bitsweeter. Just the juice bar is what I experienced. I went after reviewing their menu online on wellness shots. Well, when I went in and... inquired the young man stated they don?t make wheatgrass shots and the oil of oregano shot wasn?t listed on the menu in theirbusiness.Website menu might need to be updated to reflect this.I ended up getting the liver flush and immune boost wellnessshots! Flavors were good and reasonably priced. Both were freshly made as I waited. I reside in Hoke Co. so I?m unable tofrequent much, but if in the area again I will stop by again.
