Good food, yet they got my order wrong. The staff was awesome, I think I got there during shift change.
Worst service ever. I ordered a 16pc tender family order plus 3 extra sides. I got 10 tenders, ice cold in the center. Like Ice.... I don?t even know how that happens when you have timers on your fryers. Then 3 of my sides weren?t included, and the Mac ncheese was separated and curdled. Definitely old. I won?t go back. At this point I?m hoping I don?t get food poisoning from thebites I took. Seems like nobody cares about doing a good job anymore. Read more

Ordered in the drive thru. The restaurant is looks new and the line was not that long. The orders from the drive thru were... moving quickly. The employee was very pleasant at the drive thru. However,as we were getting our food the manager walks in frontof our vehicle and goes to the window. Very unprofessional because we had no idea who this person was, if it wasn't for thepeople inside joking with her. I would recommend but there has to be a level of professionalism. Read more
Went there to get a 12 pc family meal. I live on the other side of town mind you got my food went home to discover half the... chicken was legs! Called the store told the manager what had happened she told me to bring the chicken back to exchange it. Did a take out, so there's no chance to actually open up the box and check what's inside. 1 or 2 small wings is acceptable for a... 4 wings order, but 3? Why are they being this cheap? Good. Not super fast. Food was hot, had to go back for missing part of the order. Dining area is very clean. Good full... drink machine with fanta grape. Staff was friendly. Getting into and out of the parking area is a nightmare. Read more
