I am literally sitting in the drive thru waiting to place my order but know one is saying anything so I drove around and a car... was in front of me at the window . She was trying to place a order going back and forth with the cashier. Have been in thisline for over 30 minutes still waiting. I have a lot of Patience but this is crazy. Why cannot this place of business do rightby the customers. There service is horrible. I love there chicken thats why i tried again to come back. Finally got towindow and apparently there short staffed which I get but now 40 minutes in line is unacceptable. Corporate if u r seeing thismessage please do something about it. Was at this location yesterday and was there for 45 mins before getting food. Waited in drive they for at least 20 min to order.... Was told 4 min wait for spicy tenders but after 10 was reasked what my order was. 20 minutes later still did not have my foodand when I asked they said 3 more minutes which was another 10. Customer service was not good at all. We did not get all of our order. The lobby was closed but door was open because an... employee was taking a break but neglected to inform me that the lobby was closed. I did not see any type of sign on the door toinform me that the lobby was closed. So i went in and the employee yelled my lobby is closed. So i was trying to let them knowthat i didn't have a my food but they were concerned about the lobby. Yes i did get the rest of my food but i will not got thereagain. Read more

Do not come to this popeyes location! Ordered the 11 pc meal, mixed spicy and classic. They gave all classic. Chicken was... lukewarm and not crunchy (like reheated old chicken). Coleslaw was slimy (threw away). Biscuit and fries looked safe to eat. Theplace in general does not look clean. Read more

Not sure why you got employees cussing at each other across the restaurant because, ?there are to many orders and I don?t have... enough chicken.? Cashier told me to wait 10 mins to tell me their is a 30min wait and everything except shrimp. Trasheverywhere, poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Read more

I?m starting to believe that I just need to cook and stop paying for food particularly at establishments with poor management... and service. Problem: the intercom at this location was not working and there was no sign available to forewarn customers ofthe issue. Solution: during a low period of service, place a note on the intercom allowing customers to understand theestablishment?s issue. Here?s what really happened: Two horrible workers had an attitude out of this world the minute I droveup to the window. I had to laugh because I knew it was going to be one of those days. After looking over at me five or sixtimes, they finally walked over and asked for my order. Well they both started snickering asking themselves if I had an attitudeand it was extremely unprofessional. All I wanted was two pieces of chicken and they thought it was best for me to wait until Igave them the same energy that they were giving me, but I didn?t. I said thank you for your services and drove off. Clean dining room, friendly staff, and the food was hot and delicious.

Terrible service the young lady's working there, were too busy gossiping with each other and not the customers. I got the 10... piece special with fries and Mac n cheese. The chicken wasn't spicy and look at the Mac n cheese. I will never go there again. Irecommend no one else either. Read more
