The food came in a timely manner(fast for dinner hour 25 mins) the food was still hot and the cheese was stringy pulling apart... like commercials. Overall, will be ordering from Pizza hut again! Read more
I waited almost hr for my pizza to be out for delivery and was patient then i waited 45 minutes for it be delivered and they... right around the corner from my house. I would normally give them 5 stars ? but unfortunately this visit was different. I ordered online for curbside pick up because I... didn't have my mask with me. I called when I pulled up to see the timeframe for my order. The lady said it was ready & I saidthat I ordered curbside pick up as I didn't have my mask. She said "Oh you can come get it". Poor service & I had to go get myorder without my mask on. That didn't make me happy. The young man that gave me my order was very polite & had great customerservice. I can't say that for the lady that answered my call as she clearly didn't want to have someone bring me my food. Read more
The service here is very mediocre! The manager here acts as if she could care less about her customers or the experience that... they encounter. The driver comes to your house with the music blasted(seriously) I live in a nice quiet community. I hate theloud music. Then once we open our pizza we find that all the toppings decided to regroup to one side of the pizza and the bizwas extremely greasy. We order from this one often and we stopped for a while because we experience issues just as often. Whenwe call to talk to management we encounter the same lady who seems to have an attitude an could care less. She is verynonchalant and unapologetic when it's an issue. She is quick to tell you "Oh you can come pick it up yourself" . If I could goout to get it I would have! This place needs to find a new manager because its evident that the manager is unhappy with her joband is not a people person. The drivers need training on how to deliver food to customers house without the loud music andrespect people's neighborhoods. I think we will just visit the Pizza Hut on Bragg Blvd. They are more equipped to handle theircustomers and their establishment making sure there are no errors like the other place. Read more
The service was good and pizza as delicious as PizzaHut. But I wish they had sitting space too
