Terrible. $27.94 (plus a tip for the driver) for a medium pizza delivered ice cold 45 minutes later. Called and asked for my... money back. They said they could only remake and deliver a new one in another 40 minutes. Mind you, I am 3 blocks away (about 6walking minutes). They said they couldn't refund my money bc they couldn't prove it was cold (although I offered to drive it upthere immediately). What an absolute waste and an awful experience. That's one place to knock off of places to eat inFayetteville. And it's a shame bc I enjoy Pizza Hut (when you get a good hot pizza, bigger that your hand, for under $30 in lessthan 45 minutes). I don't normally leave comments, but as a business owner I'd be beyond embarrassed. Read more
Quite disappointed. Empty parking lot should have been a sign. Salad bar salad was not fresh. Variety of pizza on buffet only 3... styles and it was apparent they were sitting under the heat lamp since opening. Had to eat off of paper plates, no ice teaavailable, and when I asked for salt & pepper, the manager told me they didn't have any in over a month. Sad! taste; delivery was fast; order was correct. A bit pricey though. Update: with all prices going up I can now say that the price... is on par but a coupon makes it much less a strain on choosing to purchase. The man who delivered it was very friendly andactually had a great attitude for such a trying job. I know I have been a delivery person and it is NOT easy. So kudos to theone I had deliver my pizza! Pizza hut is my favorite pizza place but today was not a good day for them. All of my pizzas were dark brown as if they were... over cooked. I called and complained and the manager was nice and apologetic and offered me a credit. Will amend my review aftermy next round of pizza Read more
Excelent service everyone i have dealt with was very polite only wanted to make sure i was satisfied. They did get an order... wrong once but were quick to offer to bring me exactly what I originally ordered or just comp what was delivered. Newlyrenovated dining room and very clean. My company that I work for ordered pizza for the kids tonight at the shelter for pizza and game night and we had our worst... experience ever. We had called 3 different pizza huts to get our food delivered and we had to basically argue with them aboutour address after informing them that they do in fact deliver to our address. (N Eastern Blvd.) We finally make an order to thislocation since delivery at the N Eastern Blvd was over 2 hours to wait, the pizzas were soaked with grease. The wings and stuffed garlic knots were super delicious. The seat was a little messy, but was quickly wiped off. The server,... Jada, was fantastic in all senses. The bathroom was very clean. Definitely would come back to this place. Read more
