All I ordered was one large pizza and a small bread stick and that's it. It costed me $37 for that alone. I accepted that... because pizza delivery isn't cheap no matter where you go. But the amount of time it took that driver to deliver was absolutelyoutrageous. I was told 30 minutes. The driver got to my home maybe 2-3 minutes before the hour mark. Never again. Read more
Unfortunately a door dash driver left the store at 16:33 and did not arrive at my residence until 17:18. I live 6 minutes away,... and while I understand a couple individuals may have orders before me it is unacceptable to me that it should take an extra 37minutes. The pizza was room temperature, the papadia was slightly warm in the center, and the bread was hard. They left the foodon the side door (not the front door like all other people who have delivered food to my house) and didn't knock. I have NEVERhad a problem with employed drivers. I will no longer purchase from this Papa John's due to their use and poor service providedby door dash. I do not blame the manager. I do not blame the workers. If the owner is reading this, know that you have lost aconsistent customer and potentially many others who have had an unacceptable experience with a third party. This is the worst papa johns. They acted like they never received my order then sent it to my house 4 hours later. Watch out for... Jaeyln who works there, who will pretend she is a manager and is not. They give you a complete run around when dealing with yourmoney. Read more
