I ordered two pizza almost an hour ago from the papa johns online app. I checked the app to see status of delivery and it said... another 28 min, I then called the store to find out the estimated time of delivery and the automated system said it would behere in 3 min. I didnt believe that so I decided to speak with the manager and find out from a live person what was really goingon. She told me that my order was sitting there ready but it was being passed off to a door dash driver because they didnthave and papa johns drivers. I asked her why i was not notified of that and since when have deliveries been passed off to doordash?? I did ask her when I would receive my order she couldnt answer that and said that my door dash driver had just left thestore. I dont recommend ordering thru the app with this store and probably not delivery either of anything just go pick it up,still haven?t received my food yet and it has been over an hour, I highly doubt my pizza is going to be hot. O and the managersaid she couldn?t offer me any discount or any thing like that. After thinking more I don?t recommend the papa johns at all.. oand now I called the door dash driver to see where she is at and she told me she is trying to cancel my order because her carwont start. We pulled in to our hotel at about 9:45 pm (Fairfield), hungry and tired. Was happy to see PJ was still open for delivery at... that hour. Placed an online order but wasn?t sure whether or not they would deliver to room or to front desk. Within 20-25minutes, the pizza was delivered to our room. Exactly what we ordered ???? Delivery times are sub par. My order did not arrive hot or warm, nor quickly. And they forgot all my sides and drink. A phone... call to the store enabled them to think through how to get the remaining items out to my family home. Thank You for that atleast, but hire more drivers so pizza comes in hot and timely. 80-90mins is a poor standard and on more than one occasion. Read more
I ordered the Shaq sized pizza and added spinach. The pizza look and tasted as though someone made the pizza then realized the... spinach was left off. So spinach was laid on the top and placed back in the oven. Read more

Please update your hours of operation. I don?t understand how you have that you close at 12:30a yet my order was cancelled... without good reason. Mind you I completely understand you?re tired you want to go home but I also understand how customerservice works. If you won?t honor your hours simply adjust them. Because it seems to me that either you were short employees orsomeone didn?t feel like working. It leaves room for question because no one can seem to just answer the phone. Ordered four pizzas and 2 sodas for a friend's birthday surprise. Pizza was delivered on time however no drinks. When my husband... asked the delivery driver about the drinks the driver said "oh yeah let me get those.' and he just got in his car and left. ?????? DO NOT ORDER HERE?.. they get the order wrong evertime and blame you?. POOR Customer service since the new management I... don?t know anybody that likes going here?? i Tried and order a pizza December 21 and I got hung up on by a male that use theF-bomb & he said he was the manager?. I called back and try to order again and a female hung up on me.. That day they also Weresaying they ran out of though SMH.. I tell everyone not to go here?.. it is very disappointing what this store has become. Idon?t fell comfortable bring my kids here because I?m afraid of what they might do to the pizza and all of the vulgar languagebeing used??.
